Holiday Bucket List

December is, by far, my favorite month because well…CHRISTMAS!!  The holidays were meant to be a joyful time full of thanks, giving and everyone singing Christmas carols.  For some the holidays can be a stressful time, especially those going through breast cancer treatment.  With stress playing a huge factor in your mental and physical well-being, it is important to take it easy on yourself and truly enjoy the holiday season.  So, I came up with a Holiday Bucket List that can help anyone enjoy the holidays and relieve some stress!

  • Decorate the tree
  • Decorate a Gingerbread House
  • Go sledding
  • Read a Christmas book before bed
  • Sip on hot chocolate
  • Have a Christmas movie marathon
  • Drive around and look at Christmas lights
  • Bake and decorate cookies
  • Send holiday cards to friends and family
  • Make a snowman (if you get snow)
  • Cuddle by a fire
  • Create a New Year’s Resolution
  • Make a Christmas craft
  • Volunteer in your community
  • Sing Christmas carols
