Unmasking Breast Cancer Masquerade Gala

BCCA GalaThe Woodlands, Texas (September 18, 2013): The 4th Annual Unmasking Breast Cancer Masquerade Gala, presented by Clear Choice Orthodontic Associates, will be held Friday, October 25 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel. The black-tie optional gala has become known as the ‘adult Halloween party’ in The Woodlands with guests showcasing gorgeous masks from Italy to classic Phantom of the Opera themed masks. The gala’s masquerade theme ties in their mission of helping to ‘unmask’ new, non-invasive treatments for breast cancer.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with a cocktail reception, silent auction, balloon pop, photo booth and games. This year guests will have the opportunity to win a complete wine collection including 125 bottles in a special Wine Wall. A diamond necklace donated by Thomas Markle Jewelers will also be given away through a unique “heads and tails bling” game. The Masquerade Gala will celebrate survivors in The Woodlands as well as honor Kroger for their work in the community through the Breast Cancer Charities of America’s University Education Program. A live auction will follow the seated dinner and the evening will continue with entertainment provided by the Yelba Variety Band.

Funds raised will go towards The Breast Cancer Charities of America’s primary program services including the Help Now Fund (paying the rent and utilities of women going through breast cancer), their University Education Program, and funding for non-invasive breast cancer treatment research.

Breast Cancer Charities of America (BCCA) is a non-profit organization with headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. Sponsorship and tickets are available at www.igopink.org.
