Take the 30-day ab challenge and get into shape for the summer
Every time I open Instagram or grab the latest issue of my favorite health and fitness magazine or even just scroll through my Pinterest home page I see monthly exercise challenges.
From squat to push-up challenges and everything in between, these are honestly the easiest ways to get involved while improving your fitness level. Because you know the saying “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” Or you could go with my motto, “I’m only here for the competition.” Either way, if you are looking for a way to up your core strength and summer ab game, I created a 30-day ab challenge.
Like I said, I have seen so many of these challenges before. Mainly where you utilize the plank position and up the time you hold the plank each day. Or up the number of crunches. Or whatever the move may be.
I wanted something different, that touched each of the core muscles, so you can challenge every aspect and gain strength and endurance in your core region. Having a strong core helps in posture and other fitness exercises increasing the benefits of exercise (including breast cancer prevention) and reducing injury.
